How to recover your 2fa

If you are over the age of 18, you can request a two-factor reset.
In order to help you solve your problem, we need you to send the following information through a ticket:

• Hub username.
• The email used for registration.
• Photo of both sides of your official identification document (legible).
• A selfie holding the ID, where it's visible (do not use hats, glasses, etc.).
• COINARY HUB wallet address.

If there is any suspicious documentation given, the account may be suspended for 90 days or permanently if required.
